the 2nd one built I think mid Feb was all chrome. Both cars were St Louis plant
I dug into this maybe 10-15 years ago and the general concensus was sometime Mid Jan 1969 was the changeover.

To be brutally honest.Im not sure. The A12 cars never really interested me like they do others .
I want to remember they rods were hand picked , maybe different cam and heavier rocker arms.
