    I thought that too after looking at the pic when the shot was taken. I was somewhat disturbed and had to keep checking. Its the angle of the pic. Not much of an angle but just enough to give it that forward look.

    Yes. Most still were manual steering in 69. Power steering was still optional and you paid up for it.

    I've used both PST and Moog. Tend to like the P-S-T brand better.

    Get your car out of there, and don't go back. From the pics you provided, who knows what else they did incorrectly. The rubber boots definitely have no grease in them. The cotter pins do not look right for some reason.
