Is it just me or do led work lights suck?

Night driving is tough now because of the intense oncoming brightness of modern vehicles and aftermarket headlights. I’m not fond either. It seems the traffic/highway safety board would regulate it. I recently saw a story about, maybe GM, recalling cars because their headlights were too bright...

    Grease gun storage ideas

Seems to me the leakage became noticeable after switching to the red tinted grease. The older grease didn’t separate. I lay my lub gun on an oil absorbing mat. Your wife’s idea is ideal.

    American Red Vise Rebuilt

Thanks for the encouragement! I haven’t seen or heard of that blog about progress. This site along with many others are probably packed with similar folks who dig into these old relics and find soul cleansing satisfaction with these mechanical accomplishments. Car trailers sturdy enough to haul a B body.

I can’t let an opportunity to recommend the Aluma 18’ trailer go by. It’s a dream to haul with and brakes on both axles adds security. The tool box on the front and spare tire on the side are what I added on. Also just changed all the brake components myself this year. This trailer will outlast...

Car trailers sturdy enough to haul a B body.

2006 Aluma 20’ trailer, winch in the box, my brother’s Torino, 750 mile trip, Illinois to Arkansas trip was a breeze on the back of my 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup with the aluminum gem. Sure it will cost more but light, smooth and not much maintenance. Money well spent and probably perfect for your...

Look what the Coronet has in the Garage now!

Do you plan on major work on your car up on the 4-post or mostly storage? I’m researching the Forward 2-post and like the I10 model but may move up to the DP10A because it has a German made electric motor instead of Asian. Your ‘68 looks great up there, all high and mighty!
