A used blower motor is not very sought after.The parts also may have been used prior to being installed in this motor.You just don't know enough about it for anyone to give you any type of estimate.

Ask the seller what he thinks the motor is worth. Then tell him to keep it and take that price off the car. Buy it as a roller

Shimming a pinion and altering your pinion angle are two different things.

Your not going to do this with the wheels on the ground.Jack it up,put Jack stands under the frame,take u-bolts out,Jack up that side of axle, and take off shock plate.Then clamp and cutoff bolt head.

Clamp the springs so they don't fly apart and grind/cutoff wheel the head off.Slowly release the clamp. Why are you taking that bolt out?

They were a piece of tin with an indent of the medallion in it. I made my own by making a set of dies on the mill and stamping them out with a press. I will look to see if I can find the dies. Not sure where they are or if I kept them but if I find them you can use them

I think classic industries has them. The tough find is the backer for it. I hope you find it behind your seat cover...

It will probably need rear tail panel,trunk,dutchman,frame rails,quarters,roof,repair behind quarter where it meets under quarter windows,trunk lid(almost impossible to find a good one),floor, major kick panel area repairs,possible cowl,fenders (again impossible to find good ones),upper apron...

Speaking of power windows,what does the driver door look like on this car where the 4 position switch sits? I was wondering if the convertible doors were a bit different in that area to accommodate the switch and wires.

Ok I believe the 1967 charger rear channel run is the same with the exception of a window stop.So I will modify the channel for a stop.
