yea, i tried the 89 straight gas, lots of valve clatter / pinging 10:1 - 1

all i could get locally was 89 non eth., i had to go to 10% to get 93

sorry, yea, i guess it just turned out i got some bad gas ! after i got the gummy bears out of the carb, i went to a different gas station to get gas, cleared up

finally pulled carb last night... I hate this new gas !! looked like some small clear gummy bears where living in there ! I little bit of trash, and 1 clogged port, now to finish cleaning and put it back on

ok, so... 72 satellite, 440 / 850 demon double pumper, MSD red box and distributor.. car runs great until.. I get on it hard, then it never recovers? if I drive from cold start, runs perfect, can driver for hours.. runs prefect.. hammer on it, and it starts with a hesitation / miss under...

well, starting digging into this a little bit, pump is holding at 6 lbs when hot, but i never thought about this, car was tuned in florida at sea level, i now live 2500 ft above sea level ! i wonder if thats part of the problem

the elec fuel pump thing is new to me, so i'm flying blind. all i really know is i have 3/8 line, and need around 6.5 - 7lbs of pressure, and dont want it to drown out the exhaust. 440 - some what built and a demon 850 carb - 475 +/- hp

850 demon.. already have the new 3/8 fuel line in and the summit pump on, just dont like how load this one is
