Recently purchased a 69 roadrunner. VIN shows it as a real RM23 car (true roadrunner). I have tried to decode the rest of the tag, but it is not formatted like any of the decoders I have been able to find on line. Can anyone assist please. Thank you.

So I have been the proud owner of my 60 RR a-12 clone for a whole 4 days now. There are a couple of issues with the steering that I would like to resolve. The car feels great on the road, the power steering works awesome.....very light effort on the steering wheel and the car tracks very well...

Can long tube headers be installed on a 440 in a 69 road runner with the engine in the car? Is there any need to partially (or completely) remove the engine to get them in?
