There are some good videos on Youtube on the difference between mandrel bent and crush bent. Factory systems are all crush bent. TTI's look a hell of a lot better than the Accurates do, in my opinion.
I guess mandrel bent means two different things to you and I. Whenever a pipe looks kinky from the tube bender it is not mandrel bent. Every picture of every pipe I looked at on Accurate's website is not mandrel bent. If you want to see the difference, go to TTI's website and compare the pipes...
A lot of people flinch at the cost of the TTI systems, but I feel they are worth it. Plus the fact they are mandrel bent. Accurate systems are not mandrel bent, which I guess some people want when doing a restoration. I've bought 2 TTI setups and am very happy with both of them. TTI's...
