All my Hooker race headers have split-flanges and varying number of separate pipes. They all slip-fit, and have tabs for the collectors to bolt on. Chrysler/Direct Connection-Mopar performance used to sell Hooker headers.
All my ceramics are coated by QC Coatings in Shelby Twp. Michigan. Never seen better work, and they stand behind all their work. They've been doing custom powder and ceramics for 30 years. They're also racers themselves.
The TTI headers for the 6.4/727 need tweaking on the install for the wagon. The right-side collector flange hits the trans-pan. The left side[#1 tube] has to be completely re-done to clear the Borgeson steering box...plus dimpled at the starter for another tube.
A performance single exhaust is simple and cheaper. Custom-build, is the way to go. A smooth-flowing 2 1/2" down pipes into a 3" "Y"....back to a Race-Bullet resonator, then a good straight-thru like a magna-flow muffler. Quiet, flows well, and is a "single".
A well designed exhaust system and mufflers...can be very quiet and efficient. My 850hp WO-car, is quieter at the bumper[custom fabbed]....than my 600hp hemi-roadrunner[TTI system]. Both have full systems....and the roadrunner doesn't even have headers.
