    I have been at this a long time also. Don't claim to know much but when something appears to look stupid questions need to be asked and not just assume a replaceable tag is correct. To many crooks in this hobby willing to make anything and everything for a buck.

    I just dont see a 22" opening for a 26" radiator. The opening on my 68 RT matches the 26" radiator. Why would Plymouth do any different?

    So you changed to a clutch fan and now it overheats. That should tell you something. Did the fan diameter, number of blades or distance from the radiator change?

    Fans are worthless on the hyway. Only reason to have one is low speed travel. That 1/8" hole lets the trapped air out of the block. Remember the water cooled block. Not air cooled.     Drop the whole unit. Takes less than 30 minutes. Only need to remove the glove box for access. About 6 nuts on engine side.

    One hose is 5/8 the other 1/2. It will take an adapter to connect the two.

    Stay away from any type flex fan. And if you will not head the warnning check the blades often.
