its a hard top.i guess i need the whole assembly less the motor and glass. been 20 years since ive had it apart.

break out the bucks and becool. they got all the guess work taken out of the equitation. drop it in hook up the relays,tempsenders, git ur wiring routed and clean .neever ever go above 195, plug and play with adjustability, sweet kit and yes expensive, how much gonna cost to do it twicE...

is it the same as a hand crank? got a power unit that the reguator gear keeps striping hence windw no roll up or down. motor runs strong.gears looked worn and no longer intermesh. whats the fix?

the 65 power motors are year specific. i got the factory power units in mine and had one fun time locating a motor. at that time ,there were no repop/recond units or conversion kits for that year. if you find something please post it.

if it back fired recently you could have taken out the power valve in the carb ? had one do that to me and that was the fix. new power valve. run on sounds like timing adjustment fix.
