    On my 72 I have Cop Car wheels with 275/60/15 out back. With that 15x10 5.5bs should be able to handle a 305/50/15.

    Backspace is difference between hub and back of rim. Offset is difference between hub and center of rim. Todays front wheel drive cars have alot of offset. Our old cars, very little offset, more back spacing.
