I’m sure you’re a little exasperated! Have u tried removing drums on the front & gently pushing down the pedal and watch brake operation? Any sticking or such going on?
I’m a little leary of QC anymore.
There’s only a couple more possibilities. Out of round drums, different friction coefficient on the shoes themselves?( I don’t really believe in QC anymore)
Nobody thought of this. Rusted up/sticking emergency brake cable. That's my bet. NAPA used to sell cables with a nylon sleeve over the cable. Worked awesome. Haven't looked for years. My NAPA replacements have been working very good for many years.
You could, but have to use the original spring over the adjuster. It's different. I cannot tell you how many brakes I've seen with problems from a broken adjuster cable(for self-adjusters) . Usually not a problem with our low mileage cars, tho.
My noggin is probably not all the way on, but the rt. pic doesn't look good. TOO tall, but I defer to more knowledgeable members. Maybe just the camera angle? Mine (oem) look more like left side(?) Agree to disagree.
I still think you got some air bubbles somewhere. Think about it; one pump and the springs pull the shoes back to original spot before ur second pump starts.
I always stopped pedal before hitting the floor. Stopped the shutoff plunger from moving too far. ( can't remember real name for the plunger, brain fart)
