Yea. It doesn’t look confusing, but I just don’t have the time to do anything that takes more than 10 minutes. I just need to get this thing done enough.
Hoping to find someone near Los Angeles who wants to make a few bucks installing my door and 1/4 windows. Had a glass guy but he won’t do doors. I’d do it myself, but I’ve got 4 kids five and under and just don’t have the time. It’s one of the last needs I have.
Good note on the paint. Fortunately, everything is sprayed except for the part behind the door cards (not sure why they didn’t shoot them, but also didn’t care that much.)
Anyone know what gasket or tape is needed for the front and back windshield installation on a 73 Roadrunner? I'm trying to gather everything to finish my car and can't find any listed standard.
Oh, I can see what you mean about the arm being longer for 73/74...it looks like it's about 1/2 inch longer then 71/72...I'd guess that you could make a 71/72 fit without issue, but it might be difficult to get the mechanism to work correctly without some fiddling around.
Yeah, it's right for a non-ac firewall...you've got issues if your car was originally AC though. Even though there isn't AC now, doesn't mean it was always that way.
Yes, I believe that box should fit no problem. But, I can't imagine that you're better off buying a new box and pitman arm. Call Dick at Firm Feel and see what they have. It shouldn't be that difficult to find a 71 pitman arm, they should've been the same for like 10 years before.
Well, you aren't going to be finding leaded fuel anywhere, unless you're planning to buy racing fuel or live at an airport. You can run unleaded fuel without a problem...you can use some of the ethanol additives to compensate for the lower quality gas that is available. You can always run a car...
