so are we talking about the top half of the "tuff " wheel being all loose and wobbly( sun damaged is what I think it is ) ? I've got one like that to , would like to find a "fix"

could you get reclining seats in 60's - 70's mopars ?
over here(Australia ) just about all cars with buckets( all brands) had reclining buckets , just seems weird that they weren't popular over...
