grounds, grounds, grounds...... I have found with my car 1968 satellite, every problem has been grounds..... gauges, interior lights, exterior lights, tail/head lights, all electrical...... GROUNDS..... The whole damn car is one big GIANT ground, lol..... Sand paper, pb blaster or wd 40 are...

Big help, this is basically what I did......

Guess I need to update everyone on this. I pulled the cluster, and took off the circuit connector board on the back. I sanded very lightly all the contacts for the bulbs/components/etc..... put it all back together with new bulbs and re-installed. Then I took the dash/interior light switch...

I think your good to go as long as you are not over 16

You can replace just the one gauge, look on ebay there are usually some good ones on there. Also, ask around to see if anyone has one on here. Most of these guys have got what you will need.

hmmm. mine rides a little above the middle on a stock gauge when running, and when I rev or going down road it may ride a little higher,but I would think 17.5 is a little high though.....

sorry man. Little box. Had just what I needed. There are bunches on ebay. from what I have seen, I think chrysler used these in several different cars.

Got the front turn signals/parking lights working on my 68 Satellite. I noticed that when the headlights are on the parking lights are off. The turn signals still work though. Is this normal? If not what is a possible problem? Forgive me guys, I am learning here......:edgy:

Thanks Guys. The switch, and the connection behind the kick is where I am going to focus next.

Also, is there any way to check the dome light switch, to see if it is bad? Can these domelight switches be fixed?
