I almost bought that car myself - but I got deployed instead and couldn't close the deal before I left. It is a nice looking car - it really depends what your "style" is -- if you went GTX clone I would find an air-grabber hood, hood blackout treatment, white GTX side stripes, and painted steel...

I was told by a few people that the best match they found for factory Y-1 was the book formula from Sherwin williams ---- not sure if they were correct but heard it from several places
All the electronics - (VR, MSD box, Relays) all were mounted under the dash - the car got a vintage air unit so that freed up a lot of space under the dash for that stuff
I filled pretty much everything on the passenger side and it smoothed it out a bit - I didn't want to make a whole new firewall so I left the master cylinder, steering linkage, bulkhead.... you get the idea.
All that can be had at AMD as far as I know
