Double check the grounds - I would disconnect the turn signal switch while the lights are on and see if the dash indicators go out. If they do then there is something backfeeding through the turn signal switch. If the lights stay on then there is power being back-fed through the lights...
Very typical - my machinist doesn't do too much mopar stuff anymore but he asked me if I happened to have a cam core that he could borrow to check the cam bearings once he installed them... He remembered having this same issue multiple times on past builds.

I was in a similar position - I ended up going with the TF240s - I was very impressed with the quality, they come cnc'ed, and my machinist said they were great right out of the box.

The wheel well is the exterior QQ1 color.
The interior door frame is U paint code - available as DuPont 4890
The dash frame would be painted with a low gloss finish - listed as DuPont 9500LH

Looks good to me! I used to be timid about doing vinyl tops myself - then did it once and wondered why I sweated it so much --- it's not difficult at all - just nerve racking
Great progress - I really admire you guys who build these cars overseas - We here in the states take for granted out access to parts and service centers.

should be an allen screw in there if I remember correctly - took my 68 Charger doors out YEARS ago
I also took the glass out at the same time - the vent window frame comes back ad it comes up and out so I think at minimum you need to remove the rear window track bolts so allow the window glass...
That is indeed a CA emissions system - the tank is vented into that long tube which I believe is baffled to allow fuel vapors to expand and then drain back to the tank (or some wizard like stuff) - it is present on most early 70's cars (my 73 challenger has a small baffled tank mounted between...
