the new cleaners that have come since they started clear coating the wheels I would read the instructions very good cause most will damage the wheels same way with cleaners for the interiors now days
Westleys has been around a long time and at one time I think that they made the old tire black that we used Dupont had some stuff also and I think there was Millers
there also was a company I believe in Berea Ohio called Gado`s or something similar ,have you found a machine shop that has a large enough lathe to cut the wheel they can true and weld it also just a thought
