    The best thing now days is the flat band style exhaust clamps. I have never used them but have heard good things about sealing and the ability to take the joints apart easily. No flaring necessary.

    A hydraulic expander gas enough power to enlarge it to the next size. The sectioned tool above won't make it happen, especially stainless.

    The best that expansion tool will do is straighten out the clamp ridges. If you have stainless exhaust tubing do yourself a favor and go to a Exhaust shop for pipe expansion.

    A local exhaust shop would probably be best for that application. Sunnit has a few listed but they are header back or crossmember back and you will still need to go to an exhaust shop for the head pipes.

    Like 66satellite mentioned the resonators are in front and the mufflers are in the back. The sound coming directly out of a muffler is always louder than if it travels over the axle and through a tail pipe like the B Body cars have.

    Are you certain of the manifold numbers being correct for the application? Make sure and call Magnaflow. We can't fix it.

    2" is fine. If you replace it, go with 2 1/2". 3" is a waste for your combination and use.
