The lower pads take SEM dye/paint just fine with proper prep, as do the upper pads & door trim panels.
Repros don't have the contour at the steering column quite right, but are otherwise nice.
The photo posted above is a dash applique, not a lower dash pad...
A&A Transmission and Mancini's both sell the reproductions.
I used a pair of the reproductions on my '63 build - also used the Maxie pipes from Accurate - and everything looked right & fit well.
Just gave some away a few days ago...nobody wanted them even at $10/each.
Yes, Coupe & HT quarter panels have them too.
Base-interior '69 RR (and I think '70) and Belvedere are painted, other applications were polished.
If it's gotta be NOS, try contacting the usual guys: Mike Mancini, Tony D'Agostino, Ted Stephens, etc.
If not:
ECS has mufflers and I think glass that can be date-coded.
Plug wires, belts & some stuff is dead-on nowadays from the aftermarket, with dates.
I've had a mint woodgrain 68-69 wheel for...
OK - best to call Tim directly, or give me your phone or email so I can have him contact you.
I'd prefer not to be the middleman, and let him pull the trigger so to speak, but can be if necessary.
Buddy of mine needs a heater box for his '68 Road Runner; his is beat up.
I'm thinking - and I could be wrong - that '66-'70 B bodies would interchange.
His car isn't #s, it's more of a Day 2 hot rod.
Call Tim @ 208-255-8969 (northern Idaho) and tell him Steve sent you, thanks !
OK - What I'm seeing is that even half-price for them is still too much around here, but I don't rally want to move them when I relocate.
I'd take less, like $1000 at this point.
I have a set of mint Weld Rodlites with Radial T/As from my '69 Road Runner. 15x6 & 15x8, 3.5" and 4.5" backspacing, with caps & lugnuts.
235/70 & 255/70 tires, 8-9/32 tread. Asking $1250 for the whole shebang, ready to go. I'm near Sandpoint, ID.
I'm looking for a pair of these headlamps for my '69 RR. Lenses should have the wide flutes, and "General Electric" in capital letters at the bottom.
Reflectors & lenses should be very nice, not beat up/foggy/hazy, and they should work.
Please send a photo and price to me at [email protected]...
