What specifically needs to be restored on yours, the pot metal housings? Paint? Lenses? If you're willing to spend the money you can get complete new assemblies.

I think I got my correct rear script emblem from classic industries.

I have only ever seen the Charger script emblem on the roof. Maybe at the time of printing in the summer of '67 it may have been the original intention to have both, but was changed during early production. Just a guess.

Two different years. Yellow car is '66 grille.

Here's a low mileage original '70 that appears to have a natural spring.

I will check tomorrow and report back.

The restoration guide I have says natural for 68's. I would imagine the 69's would be the same.

After 35 years I never really considered that color to have any degree of pink in it no matter what the lighting condition.

Just a personal opinion, the 68-70 Coronet body looks good either way, but the Chargers from the same era look better with vinyl, as a vast majority of buyers of the 68 felt as well.
