There were prior threads about this. With mine I did a thorough cleaning after disassembly, then generously filled the o-ring groove with ultra black rtv and reassemble. Let it completely dry and trim excess squeezeout with a new blade. Repainted and installed. Hasn't leaked in over 5 years.

Correct, which is why I provided a link to the correct Saginaw style hose. As stated, I have the correct hose for my particular setup. Replacement straight fitting shouldn't be difficult to find.

I used to have the same type of hose that the op has now and hated it because the 68 Federal style hose was so difficult to find...
I have seen some of the earlier 60's B-bodies use the 90° adapter for oem replacement hoses that are clocked to mount at a right angle in relation to the box. The original 68 hoses should have a U shaped bend to mount straight down onto the box. Your Saginaw pump looks like it uses a 2891109...
If you decide to use the ultra black you can eliminate the o rings.
If, however you insist on using them I have a new kit that I didn't need since the rtv did the trick. I can send it to you no charge.
Had a similar leak in my trw pump for decades. After complete disassembly and cleaning, and removal of the large o-ring, I filled the o-ring groove with plenty of ultra black rtv, along with where the reservoir seals to the pump on the back bracket bolt. Let it completely dry, trimmed cured...
