4 rounds with 46 grains
4 rounds with 46.5 grains
4 rounds with 47 grains
I’m going to see how they cycle, and pick the one I feel is best.
So, the Garand is kick ***.
I’ve only cycled 16 rounds thorough it, but it works well.
Now, I’m completely addicted and powerless as far as these old firearms go.
My next quest is a nice M1 Carbine to go with the Garand. :thumbsup:

Still have to foil the bright work, but I finished the wet sanding and polishing and applied the butt stripe.

I recently bought a nice M1 Garand, and I’ve decided to take up the handloading / reloading hobby.
My timing is piss poor with the availability of reloading supplies (primers and powder).
anyhow, I set up this Lee press I bought and I decided to modify the handle a bit.
