    Paypal bullshit

The 1099 just shows what you brought in. It’s up to the diligent tax filer to keep track of what it cost to conduct the transactions and what the purchase price of the goods sold was. You are only required to pay tax on earnings. If you sold something for equal money or less, you don’t owe...

    Paypal bullshit

It’s anything over 600, in a fiscal year. It wasn’t an executive order, it was part of the stimulus bill that was passed by congress. It has always been the law that you pay income tax. You get asked if you made money online when you file your taxes. Most of us got a bit of amnesia during tax...

I buy and sell on EBay regularly. I sell a lot of obsolete electrical components. They sell quite well on eBay. No real other venue to sell on (I need to reach a worldwide audience). I buy all kinds of stuff on eBay. Is it as good as it once was? Nope Is it still my best option? Yep.

    Dreams Dashed

I traveled all over the east coast for over a year, and looked at over 20 B bodies. They all looked good in the pics and most of them were turds upon, in person, inspection. the worst was a trip from Cleveland to NYC to see a superbee. I pleaded with the owner to tell and show me ANY defects...

    Finally got one

So, the Garand is kick ***. I’ve only cycled 16 rounds thorough it, but it works well. Now, I’m completely addicted and powerless as far as these old firearms go. My next quest is a nice M1 Carbine to go with the Garand.

Worked on my model. I’ve been fooling with this one for awhile. Still have to foil the bright work, but I finished the wet sanding and polishing and applied the butt stripe.

    New toy (reloading press)

Hello all. I recently bought a nice M1 Garand, and I’ve decided to take up the handloading / reloading hobby. My timing is piss poor with the availability of reloading supplies (primers and powder). anyhow, I set up this Lee press I bought and I decided to modify the handle a bit. time will...
