    Mine seal fine. Don't remember where I bought them. This reproduction stuff is hit and miss as far as quality and fitment goes. You may have to try another source

    They just kind of snap in there. I went through the same routine. It seems impossible at first and if you keep fiddling with one you will get it to clip in. I know it's not a detailed description but just know they fit.
