This one looks so horrible but I love to see how these looked back in the 70s.
I think of how crappy this one would handle and that this very car is worth SO MUCH money nowadays, we wince to see what people did with them back then.

Ya.. would be a hard deal as it only has THREE teeth, but something is certainly together wrong since he's never had equal left to right.
I'm guessing a partial turn on the reciprocating ball when it was assembled, but been 8 years since I did mine so throw me out if I'm wrong.

Same here. Never had the talent for freehand stuff, so I took to mechanical and, later on, architectural
drafting in school, formal training and eventually as a profession.
CAD put me out of that gig several years later, not that I wasn't ready to move on anyways by that point...

The Pitman shaft only has five teeth, if it were assembled a couple teeth of it wouldn't turn....
Only image I could find is a Chevy but the Mopar pitman shaft is similar...

Remember no side window seals were designed to be water tight.. they were designed to keep leaves and pine needles out a best. A gap is pretty normal! Why there was plastic behind the door cards and drain...
