It looks like 4299S in the pic, which would be an AFB for a '67 383 auto.
A 4429 has a single mixture screw near the air horn and a spring loaded secondary air valve.

I think what we'll do now is learn from this failure. Look for sensors, cameras and warning systems to be a huge priority now. This will never happen again.
