    Lifter differences

As shown in your photo, some can look different, but should still work, if the cup height is the same. I don't know anything about wedge ball sizes at the end of the pushrods. All my old pushrods laying around here for a 426 Hemi are 3/8" ball on the bottom. Yet nowadays people use 5/16" balls...

What does it cost to heat your shop?

It doesn't cost me anything...if I stay in the house during the winter. I have an electric Modine out in the shop and it pulls about 28 amps just like an electric clothes dryer. So how many loads of clothes do I want to do while working out in the garage?

trying to understand ride height adjustment.

Normal for the height to change after driving the car. It will go lower if anything, and maybe not the same on each side. So get it close and drive it. Jouncing is fine but usually not enough to end the changes in height.

What does it cost to heat your shop?

...bills have gone up some 30%+ they claim to me it's doubled on my end, 75%-100% more... $300 a month "now" for the house, 1600sqft if it's under 40* outside I would imagine to keep the garage even just above freezing all winter, it'd be in the multiple hundreds a month for just the garage My...

    Gathering spares, just in case....

There is a story behind that. I bought two NOS 70 Charger rear quarter panels at Carlisle, and I didn't want them to get stolen from the truck so I brought them into the hotel room and put them next to the bed. That started the rumor that I slept with my sheetmetal! There may have been some...

trying to understand ride height adjustment.

Jouncing - should be done between adjustments - it allows the car suspension to settle into the new position. It doesn't hurt to roll the car back and forth between jounces.

    3. I'm told NOT to use the battery as a power source because of the way my car's charging system works. I did some research and believe what I was told. ---Yeah… you really want to connect directly to the battery. Frankly, your charging system is connected to it, but via other systems, etc...

One more time ! 215/70/15 on 66 Belvedere

Diplomat police cars came with 215/70-15 eagle GT tires on the 15x7 police wheels. Factory issue. I like a 225/60-15 size better. And they will fit a 66-67 b body also.
