I would never buy a used Charger police car for anywhere near $20k when I could get a new one with 35 miles for $42k; albeit it is RWD, not AWD.

Is AWD really necessary? I drove several different RWD cars in snowy upstate NY (and in snowstorms). I used winter tires on all 4 corners. Never any issues.

Mine didn't come with sway bar tabs so I bought weld on tabs from Bergman and welded them on my control arms. I was told by the guy at Bergman told me the legs of the sway bar at ride height should be parallel with the strut rod or at least as parallel as possible.

I've read several guys who had problems and some who haven't, I used a Bouchillon reduced pressure pump (2004 Truck) and had the return line blow off, had to change from the factory style clamp to a worm clamp to keep it on. Are you using a cooler?

If memory serves me, I think you hold the trip button down for 5 seconds and then key to on (not start). I think the newer models ('20 and up), it's available through the steering wheel controls and center screen on cluster. I could be wrong though.
