The electric fuel pump is the noisy one. If I can free up a lift this weekend, I'll take a look and see what's going on back there. Between this pump and the DP carb that sits downstream from it, there's likely going to need to be some changes.

I did change step-up springs, and the air valve was okay, had it jetted fairly accurately on the run in/dyno stand, it was already healthily into the secondary and would then flatten out and pick up again right away, kind of like it was running out fuel but it wasn’t. Had high volume Carter...
Mmmm actually I remember have seen this acc being sourced in the batt side of the ammeter on diagrams, straight at the amm stud, but is a puntual power source moment, not a constant sucker.
Could I be wrong? Maybe but is just what I remember right now.
Thanks, a change in the step-up spring or an adjustment to the Secondary Air Valve most likely would have eliminated that flat spot. Too late now though lol
