I only did some light cleaning on the handle with a brillo pad and some on the lower gates to see the numbers but it looks like it would clean up even nicer with a little more elbow grease and taking it apart. Figured I'd let the next guy have some of the fun :lol:

Couple of years ago I did an inventory of about half my NOS parts. Took pictures and a number in the picture. In a book wrote a description and price. Now to do the others that are not big money but go to my Satellite.

No easy way I'm afraid, elbow grease, beers and some music...friends would be helpful. All the hand tools mentioned above would help get it done. I've known guys to use an air chisel but I wouldn't recommend it.

Being in wyoming I bet you need to drill the throttle blades because you are leaking fuel out of the idle circut and running rich. I have a wideband O2 i use for tuning. We could tune it at my shop off i25 next to Johnson’s corner.
