    Noisey transmission

The pilot bushing may have gotten loose and spun up inside the crank. Or it's as simple as the throw-out bearing is poked from riding too much - incorrectly adjusted from installation time.

    Best Porting Bit for Aluminum?

I find that dipping the grinding burr in some wire feed welding anti spatter tip dip keeps it from clogging up.

HI, looking for some rear gears help

There is no 8 3/4" axle made to fit the '75 models. The car probably has a 2.71 axle ratio. 2.73 is a Chevrolet ratio. A 3.21 or 3.55 is a good ratio. They can be found in any 8 1/4" axle up to around 1996. You do not want a locker for the street. Clutch or cone limited slip differentials are...

    Best Porting Bit for Aluminum?

Killer Carbide has a good rep, but the burrs you already have can work a lot better if they weren't loading up.... There are a lot of products that will stop or at least slow the accumulation... WD-40 is far from the best but everyone already has some.. Better is Tap Magic for Aluminum, Old...

Old and new....where does the time go?

I know exactly how you feel sir. Bought my first Mopar new in 1978, the year I graduated high school. It wasn’t a Challenger, of course, it was a D150. Owned many new and used Dodge trucks and cars since. I picked up a 93 D150 2 years ago. It isn’t a tin grill, it’s a first gen, which I had...

    Best Porting Bit for Aluminum?

Google Killer Carbide. Raved about by the racers on the A-body side, Pittsburgracer, Newbomb Turk and others. Go over to the a side and search "porting burrs". (I'd copy a paste some info, but I don't know how.) You will see an a-bodies only review by Rat Bastid. Same guy as Newbomb Turk.
