    NXCoupe's Shop Build

Figured it was time to get the doors installed, so Neil and I removed all the packing and set it in. I made the door opening too big, but it'll work. It took patience and a bunch of shims, but overall I'm really happy with how it turned out. My neighbor got his car back together and needed me...

    Goodmark Charger Bumpers

Certainly much better than the Chinese are cranking out these days. Keep kidding yourself about acceptability. Not to mention the repops are not true triple chromed like the originals. Let me know if you want some pics.

    Anothere oil question,,,

Is it a new engine? My resent stroker pegged at ~80 PSI on start up on the dyno but settled down to 50 or so after warm up. Still does after a few warm ups. My machinist / dyno guy said it is normal. Melling HV pump.

    Goodmark Charger Bumpers

I suspect Goodmark and AMD get their bumpers from the same source. I have both for different cars, quality seems very similar.

    Goodmark Charger Bumpers

All after market bumpers have flaws. They can't compare to the old fashioned method of straightening and re-chroming the correct way. It used to cost $200 a bumper here in the US back in the "day" to have them re-done correctly. The environmental activists have pretty much shut the old school...

    WTB A12 Base Plate Fiberglass

I'm a little confused. Why do you want a three two-barrel baseplate for a four barrel efi project? (Original A12 air cleaner base is steel.)

Somebody talk me out of this - railcar speeder/motorcars!

I've taken an interest in those little rail speeders (or motorcars, as the serious purists call them): It started by running across videos of homemade speeders out west, featuring rigs built from scratch by enthusiasts and ridden on the hundreds of miles of abandoned old rails that mining...
