I have a question about a hose that comes out of the fire wall next to the break master cylinder. I has it's own hole and rubber gasket. It runs to the dash inside of the car, but I can't see where it hooks to. It has been melted off on the inside of the motor. Any one know where it goes or what...
how can replacing a rebuilt heater box in a 62 dart cause the damn motor from runnung?
I'm about fed up with this damn car. It's all new. Everytime I try and do something on it now matter how small it turns into a big cluster ****. I'mm trade it for the best 64 Dodge.
Well thanks for the help on taking the heater box out. Now all I have to do is rebuilt it. I need a heater contrl valve it looks like. Any one know of some one with one for sale or where to get one. Thanks for all the help on getting it out.
I drove my 62 440 up to Oregon last month, and found out that when I turn the windshield wipers on low the washer comes on. On high they don't. I have the floor foot type? Any one else have this problem?
I had a clock repaired with the clock works and the thing is now broke again.
I just got into the dash and tried to rest it to the time and the hour hand spins around freely, just like it did when I sent to them for fixing.
OK now that I have one it needs to be fixed. The hour hand just turns by it's self and the rest does not work.
Anyone know of a good place at a reasonable price.

This is my last thing to do. It's the pump push rod. I just can't see it being the problem,
but I've tried everything else. Why would it work some times and not at other times.

I have a all new motor with a 6 pack and new holly carbs. I will surge going down the road at around 70.
Wants to stall out when coming to a stop. Have a new coil, fuel pump. What I'm I missing? It's a 75 440.
does any one know if the ex manifold bolt on the drives side close to the firewall goes into the water jacket.
I have one that is stripped out and not sure if it will leak water if not fixed right.

I'm thinking of putting aluminum heads on my 440. Just what is needed besides the heads? Can I use the push rods and lifters from the old heads.
