I got the disc brake conversion from SSBC (1 piston caliper) and there is NO information if you can fit a 15 inch rim over it with 12" discs. Measurements looks alright, but there's nobody here in Sweden who sells 15" rims 10" wide with 5.5 backspacing so it's a hit or miss to order.
