Been having quite the time trying to figure out oil psi on my Fury.
Here's where I started:
The oil pump that was on the engine as I got it fired up with around 65psi cold and would be 25-30psi hot idle. Down the road at 2200rpm it would be 45-50psi. Problem was it was leaking between the pump...
When Greg was developing these gaskets I was an early tester with my twin turbo 383 gasket cooker. He's not had them available since COVID and I need the best alternative for super hot situations. Thoughts?
My oil pump on the Fury is weeping/leaking from the joint between the pump and the filter cover/adaptor, a first for me. Is this the right o ring?

Trying to figure out what this thing is. It came with a 518, has a symmetrical bolt pattern like later model stuff.
has 50441 stamped in it which the internet tells me might be the first JW unit listed on this page...
I had mocked up with an old valley pan and it looked like it was going to be ok but I didn't actually try to bolt down and now I see problems.
These heads were milled by someone else and look milled on the intake face too so I figured all would be well after mock up.
