Best place to get small items chromed?

Have these chrome pieces for the N96 Hood. They are fair as is, but I’d like to look into having them rechromed. I just had Tri City do bumpers but I don’t think they do these small parts. Anyway, can buy new aftermarket for $180 plus tax shipping etc but prefer to have these redone...

    Just Got Bumpers Back

Just got bumpers back from Tri City Plating. Wow! They did a beautiful job. Not cheap but much better than Re-pops.

69 Bee Headlight Bezels - What gets paint?

On my 69 Bee, the previous owner had evidently stripped the anodizing, I cleaned the flat back off, was a botched job pretty much per the attached pic. I have several questions. There are two larger raised bands and in between them smaller ones. Most of the restored pics I have seen have left...

    Almost ready to reassemble!

Clear on, final buffing in a couple weeks then back in my shop to start putting it all back together. Long way to go but my body guy has done a great job! Love that factory B7!

    Paint next week. Woohoo!

Got a bath and thoroughly cleaned over the weekend and paint next week. This has been a long journey, and I am behind getting lots of the interior and exterior chrome/trim sent off and restored / renewed. Looking forward to that B7 tho!

    Just got very lucky!

Just purchased these tail light bezels for my 69 Bee. Had posted on FB B Body group about the most cost effective place to get my old ones re-chromed. A gentleman posted this pic, had two sets re-chromed a few years ago for his restoration and would like to see these used. Sold to me for $300...

    King of Trim, others?

Anyone used King of Trim for bezels, grills etc? Are there others? I would like the rear panel, grill, bezels etc refinished. I know there are those who recommend DYI, but I have no time and am pretty much relegated to assembly. This is for my 69 Super Bee. Thanks in advance for your...

Taillights Painting Chroming Etc - What colors and treatment?

Working on the taillights, housings, and trim bezels on my 1969 Dodge Super Bee. Several Questions: 1) What color silverish paint(s) should be used on the plastic part and then inside the housing where the bulbs go? 2) What treatment, if any etc on the bulb housing to make them look factory...

N96 or Bubble? 69 Super Bee

I am getting to the point in my restoration that I need to make a decision. My fender tag does not call for an N96 hood, although I have one now in very good condition, just needs prep and paint. Don't think this is original to the car, and all the air grabber stuff beneath is not there, would...

Stripped and sending her for metal and body work

On her way to get lots of metal and body work done. In the meantime I’ll work on getting the dash and heater ac box restored. Also working on exterior bright work, getting bumpers sent for re-chroming and lots of misc. It’s a process and I’m enjoying it.

Bumper - re-chrome or aftermarket replacement

I'm not there yet, but will be facing this soon. Rear bumper is straight but has a lot of surface rust and some pitting. Front bumper is ok but needs some straightening. So, more cost effective to re-chrome or replace aftermarket? Most desirable end product? I'd appreciate shop...
