About this Mopar:
I Purchase this baby with the knowledge that it needed to be repaired. But once the striping of the materials began the project grew and grew. It turns out that this car had been rolled. Window openings front and rear were out of square, the patched quarters were improperly installed, and the dents that had occured after the accident were never pulled out they had just filled them. There was actually 3/4 of an inch of bondo quite a few locations. The engine compartment was in four pieces!!!!! HACKS!!!!! I don't even think a fly by night body shop would have done this poor of a job.
The drive train for this thing has been done for over 9 years, and is collecting a lot of dust. And now I have decided to purchase AMD Quarters instead of trying to make my own panels, or install the reproductions I have purchased. Mostly due to the fact that I am putting the vinyl top back onto the car again, and so I would rather re-lead at the sail panel seam rather than try to get the correct contour at the splice location the previous owners had established for me.
