I guess I should have explained up front. The motor in the car is built to 440 Magnum specs. If there had been a 440 Magnum in 1964 and had they put it in a Polara, I imagine they might have called the Polara an RT.
Very nice '64! Am I correct in assuming that that you're running manual disc brakes up front? If so, how do you like the feel? I'm leaning that way with my convertible project....

Glad to hear that. I'm doing a Max Wedge clone look motor complete with the original style MW exhaust manifolds so a booster plus the the double master cylinder [for safety's sake] really won't fit. One another question...Are you running an adjustable brake proportioning valve for your brakes, if so, where did you install it?

I can see the additional pics, thanks! But you didn't need an additional [adjustable] proportioning valve too? Some guys claim that they do with the manual brake setup, and they install the valve either inside of the car or in the engine bay down by the frame rail. I'd prefer not to add that adjustable valve if I don't have to.

Sixpaksteve, no adjustable proprtioning valve on this one, have not locked the rear. No expert but I wonder if those who add an adjustable are in a race situ with slicks etc?
