It has stock 440, with 4 speed OD trans. It is light custom with the following: 69 R/T side scoops, Charger flip top gas fill, custom designed Dodge Bros rear emblems, utilizing mid 30's Dodge font. The emblem is replicated on the spinner center caps. It will (soon) be getting 66 Charger interior, with front and rear buckets and full length console. The back panel will be finished with speakers on a nice panel with black vinyl. The hood has 67 R/T hood louvers and a mid 30's Dodge Bros hood emblem which has been rechromed and hand painted. I just got back the Cuda Fish Gill rocker moldings. I had to buy two pair, due to the fact the Coronet is approx 84" along the rocker, as compared to approx 76" on the Cuda. I had to fiberglass on an 8" donor section on each one, I also had to cut off, length wise to try to get them approx 2 3/4" tall, The rockers are 'taller' than the Coronet. I needed to sand off all the textured paint and hand sand everything to get it right., including rounding off the bottom to replicate the bevel on the top.
I wouldn't want to figure out how many hours I spent getting it as good as my limited skill would allow. Maaco did a great job matching the paint on the side scoops. It has full TTI exhaust, with 69 Road Runner tips out the back. It is very close to being road worthy, interior needs finishing. Forgot how fun it is to row big block, 4 speed gears. YEEHAW!

Latest updates

Getting real close on my 67 Coronet. Just ordered charcoal grey convertible boot, next couple of weeks going to replace the fugly windshield, later this summer will get a new black cloth convertible top. The current top works fine, faded and brings down the look of the car. I am especially proud of how the 66 Charger interior, with front and rear bucket seats and full length console looks. Fold down the back seats, I fabricated a cover panel holding 6' midwoofer, with 1 1/2 dome tweeter. Also have the Dodge Brothers emblem I designed, with the fratzog emblem in the middle. Same size emblem on rear quarters, honoring Dodge Brothers, with a nod to super bee emblems. Smaller version of the emblems on the spinner caps. Stealth stereo in the glove box and slim sub under the passenger seat. I had emblem company, using my wife's design, to make the Dodge Daydreamin' emblem across the back decklid.

Nice ride Throw in a photo of the 1970 Cuda mouldings when done.

I will do that. I need to do a wee bit of fiberglass work on 2 or 3 areas before I paint and install. Going with the color scheme of my car, they will be metallic gunmetal grey. Hope all is well in Iceland today...Dan

Thanks Blue'. My buddy a black 69 with white gut. He was about the 10th owner, and the car, altho' nice, was a bit on the tired side. WHO CARES? It was a 4 speed Road Runner, doesn't get much better than that. Thanks for the kind words, best of luck with yours...Dan

Yes Dan we are all car guy's and here for each other. That is a bad *** car you have. I almost got a charger but never had a runner. Take care and keep us up on the car. Blue

Love the sleek look of the 67’s. This one in particular looks like it slides down the track quite nicely. Love all of the personal touches the car has.
