69 Roadrunner

Kurt Pegg's 69 Roadrunner [email protected] or (951) 500-7979 in Murrieta, Ca

About this Mopar:

Hi so this is my 69 Roadrunner. I am still in the process of restoring it. As you can see from the pictures it has a brand new 408 crate motor in it. This motor makes over 500 HP and delivers 500 ft/lbs of torque to the back wheels. The motor is supported by a brand new Tremic 5 speed manual overdrive transmission. Brand new Baer disc brakes up front with a QA1 suspension kit.

I am currently looking for a vintage set of Hurricane Vector Wheels or Keystone Turbo III's (2) 15x10 and (2) 15x7 with a Mopar 5x4.5 bolt circle if anyone has some for sale or knows where I can find some.

I am also looking for the right front windshield molding piece. You can see the missing piece in my photos. Classic industries sells them but you have to buy all four pieces and it's like $300

Does anyone know a good source to find interior parts. I see the dash pads offered on many sites but not the soft components under the dash. The padded strip that ties into the glove box. Also the inside pillars on each side of the front window?

I have for sale the original 383 hood in perfect shape for $600

I have for sale (4) 15x8 centerline wheels 5x4.5 bolt circle $600

Thanks,

Kurt

Thanks! yeah I decided to bite the bullet yesterday and just ordered the set. Of course it was out of stock and back ordered but hopefully I will get it eventually. Then I can sell of the three extra pieces I will have lol.

Is there a good place on the site to buy and sell stuff. Am I doing it the right way? I am really looking for some of those Hurricane Vector Wheels but no one has commented on that?

Yes it is not an easy thing to find just one piece. These part's are not cheap either. I never would have guessed that part were so expensive. Got my dash pad and asked the guy if it was vinyl over metal. When getting it found out it is a foam type product with vinyl over it. Sure it will last many year's and going with it for what classic want's for the rite one. Good looking runner. Keep at it buddy. Sharp looking runner.

Very nice and I would love to put that engine in my 68 RR what did that hit ya for if you don't mind me asking?

Looking good. Yep those pieces are not cheap. Classic is high on all the stuff. Plus what shipping cost. Soft parts Mr mopar. Herbs. Found some thing's on E bay. New part's. Sharp looking runner.
