1970 Plymouth GTX 440-6 Ivy Green

About this Mopar:

We bought this GTX in early 2017 in Albany upstate New York through Mike @ webeautos.com from a you tube video. It was sent straight to Will Romeo at Westchester auto shop for a hub to disc brakes all round conversion along with a vintage air fit and Gear vendors overdrive. We had a new torque converter and replacement/refurbished gearbox at the same time.

It was then shipped to the UK, homologated for uk use and uk registered.

It was fun through the summer but we quickly realised that we wanted to continue its development and so through the winter we have done an enormous amount of work that i will share below over time.

Beautiful GTX! Did the "440+6 come on there stock? Doesn't really matter just wondering. The green interior is awesome too

Yes, its a stock V code, 440 6 barrel.
We loved the interior too only to discover that the plastic seats covers were recent aftermarket additions so we decided to retrim in full leather and match the door cards to the new colour of Jade green with apple green piping.

New pics added of the full leather interior and new engine build by billadeau-speed.co.uk giving 470 bhp and 534 lb/ft. The diff/LSD has been rebuilt by Geoff Hauser here in the UK.
New fuel tank, rear springs, firmfeel steering box and lots more.

A few years since last post here. The GTX has been great and used throughtout the UK, Spain and Italy. It is now back in the USA in Beverly hills.
I just need a few small tidy up jobs and then it will be listed for sale on Hemmings. I need to fit a new dash top and have received the new part ready to fit. Can someone recommende a garage that could fit it for me in the 90210 area? Some say its a windscreen out job but obviously want to avoid that. Thank you
