Just scored my favorite b body of all. And favorite mopar of all, really. 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II.
About this Mopar:
Not a spec of actual rust or rot, California car it’s entire life. Something I’m not used to being a Massachusetts native. Poly 318, 727. Anyone have any tips for me or any help in finding parts I would be extremely grateful. There is a long story behind how I got the car and was able to get on the good graces of the man who was so adamant about selling it for more than I had....well he ended up calling me back and telling me he wanted to sell me the car for the money that I did have. I told him I wanted very much to build this car with my daughter and family...and this was the absolute perfect starter car for me. I’ve never actually seen such a rust free car...every inch of actual rust on the car is merely surface. Headliner was still completely intact and some door panels too. I need help finding a steering wheel some exterior trim accents, like the faux gas cap on the passenger side. Also going to switch the torque thrust wheels (PM me if anyone knows someone who would buy or trade the torque thrusts for steel wheels) to steel wheels with dog dishes, that’s my style. A lot more to say, but I’ll keep it short for now! Thanks for looking, really enjoying FBBO, very helpful and fun.
Ah man, thanks so much for the welcome. So glad to be in 66’. Couldn’t tell you in words how deeply grateful I am to own this car. Just gunna be a driver for a long time before I actually do a thorough job, but that’s the way I like em anyway. Old smell and all.
There,s a guy on here that restores steering wheels, but can,t think of his name off hand. Someone will chime in I'm sure. Then there's the Grant wheel route to go.

Nice car!
Classic Industries sells original steering wheels (and a lot of other stuff), but then you'll have to find a center ring somewhere--you'll have $400-500 wrapped up before you're done. They have many nice looking aftermarkets that look good in a Belvedere too.
If you can't find good used ones, check Coker Tire for the wheels if you're willing to go brand new.
Roseville Moparts is a good source for 1966 stuff and they're great to work with.
Good luck!

Forgot to say thanks! I’m going to go steering wheel hunting in an old hole in the wall mopar junkyard out in the boonies of MA in October. Old friend owns the lot and haven’t been over there in over 6-7 years so I can’t remember what he has, but I remember a lot of cool old mopars.
Indeed, a nice find! It is great to hear that it will be a family project too! Be patient [tough to do], it will all come together in time. I would try to google southern MOPAR junkyards to see if I got any hits/leads.

Thanks! it is definitely difficult to be patient but I know it will be worth it. Looking forward to my daughter being able to enjoy it as well as she gets older.
