It has never been out of the family and it was pretty rough by the time I was Allowed to get my hands behind the wheel.
This has been a difficult 10 year restoration that has only a few more months left. Can't wait to get it back on the road. I told my wife if it's not on the road by the end of summer, it goes up for sale. Had to give myself a little incentive:).
All the work has been done in my home shop, including body and paint. No one else has done any work on this car, other than low end of engine.
Check out the custom dash cluster I made for it, turned out pretty nice!
Well, 4 back surgeries, one heart attack with a 5 way bypass, it's almost ready to drive and then, tore my rotator cuff in both shoulders. Full tear in the right and partial on the left. Going in for surgery on the right shoulder next month.
Again, project goes on hold.
10-24-20, Unfortunately, not going to be on the road this year. Surgery on my shoulder next month and most likely 8 of recovery and PT.
I was soooo close to getting it done this year :( Hate to disappoint anyone but, not putting it up for sale just yet:).
One more year, what the heck, it's been 10 already:thumbsup:

Looking good. Cool that it's in the family since new. Like your gauge setup too. I've been wondering what different things people were doing.

The best part is the speedo is GPS, no messing around trying to match speedo cables.

Thank you to everyone for giving me motivation to finish this project. Been put on Standby at work so, looks like I'll have some alone time, just me and my Dodge! :)

Way cool man! I'm a big fan of the 63 thru 65 dodge and Plymouths! Your grandmother must have been a very cool lady to buy that car new! Nice job!

Great job so far resurrecting the family car, lots of hard work plus money spent, looks great. Thankyou for the pics and stay safe.

Engine and transmission installed today! Couldn't have done it without help from my lovely wife, jumped right in!
I recall it being so much easier 11 years ago:). Now I have to remember how all that wiring goes back in. Gonna test this old guys memory, LOL.

I love your car and be proud that you have done so much work and it's getting there. I bought mine done and I still feel bad about that, there's nothing like saying, I didn't buy it, I built it!! ....... Let the Horses run!!!
