1/30/19: New 15x7 wheels w/original stainless dog dish poverty caps and tires. TTI 2-1/8" stepped headers and full 3" exhaust w/H pipe. Instrument cluster w/rebuilt speedo, voltmeter conversion, new voltage limiter and needles painted.

2/9/19 Got the center section n axles back. Making progress. Drilled n tapped housing for 1/8 NPT magnetic drain plug.

3/31/19 Center section and axles installed. All front bushings replace with polyurathane, front disc brakes installed along with 15/16" manual master cylinder and new proportioning valve. Interior completely sound deadend and insulated, wiring tucked away, new carpet installed, sub woofer installed under passenger side, dash back in and seats installed. Interior done.

1/3/2020: It's been awhile. Took the summer off n got kinda lazy. Instrument panel is back and in car along with new retro stereo. Engine is painted and almost finished assembly. Transmission is at shop being rebuilt now.

5/14/2020: Engine is in, had to notch K-member to clear Milodon oil pan. P.I.T.A but once in, engine mount bolts screwed in by finger. Transmission in, slid right in nicely using floor jack. Unfortunately, with new engine mounts and new transmission mount, the wide flange of the Gearvendor adapter shaft rubbed transmission tunnel. Definitely not pulling trans back out. Took 2 deepwell sockets, a long rod n hammer and beat them up around the flange from both side, basically dimpling the transmission tunnel. Then had to ballpeen hammer the tunnel to clear the Gearvendor unit itself. Headers: had to cut off top of every stud under exhaust port to clear. Had to raise car as high as jack would allow then jack engine up on each side to get them in. TTI full exhaust is in, again, lots of cutting and massaging. Not sure why these companies say bolt in, no mods necessary. Waiting on radiator so I can build fan shroud for Ford Contour fans. I have to get the radiator installed and finish connections for Fitech fi and I'll be able to start it. Then tow it to Vegas for a driveshaft, and get a/c lines finished and charged. Then it'll be cruise time.

5/18/2020: Got the radiator with Ford Contour fans mocked up. With some trimming of the shroud, it clears the serpentine pulley setup.

10/1/2021: Definitely been awhile. Inline fuel pump burned up in 2 months, went to Aeromotive tank w built in 340lph fuel pump. If you buy one, have them install "Bladder Baffles" and "Jet Siphon" before purchase. Otherwise it starves for fuel at half tank on hills.
On this particular body, ended up trying 3 different e-fan/shroud setups. All worked at slow speeds but all overheated at highway speeds. Went to factory shroud w a 19" 11 blade nylon reverse rotation fan w/out a fan clutch. Works great in stop n go in 120°+ temps w a/c on and allows enough air through radiator on interstate to run steady 174°.

Pretty cool. My Grandpa had a dark green 69 coronet 4-door. Pretty cool that you are doing something with it!

Outstanding!, Nice to see someone fixing a 4 door. I had that same car many years ago with a slant six automatic, Still my favorite.

Nothing wrong with a car with an extra set of doors. I like the '66, '67 b body sedans. Undercover muscle cars.
