Pics of some of my junk (cars/trucks)

Some of the stuff I've had over the years......

About this Mopar:

The truck was bought around 05, the GTX (yeah right) was in the early 80's and the A66 Challenger was in the mid 70's and got it for 250 bucks but didn't know anything about what the A66 package was. It drove but the 340 was running on 6. It got sold for stooopid money around 1990 to rebody a 70 440 RT Challenger that got totaled when the guy's son was driving it. It was local but I never heard from them again. The one that got totaled was a very nice original RT. I saw the car here and there then didn't see it anymore. The pics of the A66 Challenger was before and after washing. The body was solid as a rock but had whisky dents all over it and when I sold it the body was nearly done and about ready for final prime and paint. I'm going to get more up on here soon but these are the ones that were on this machine.

Edit: Took me a bit to figure out how to upload new photos. The pic of the yellow 66 Belvedere is my prom night. Yeah, my girlfriend was poor white trailer trash :D Just kidding but she's going through a divorce now and was married to the same guy for longer than I was married to my x. He left her though. Anyways, 1968 iirc. The car wasn't in my name yet but happened about a year later in the summer of 69 and was using it to get my driver's license in 67. The driver's ed car at school was a 67 Belvedere so I already knew all the distance points on it and aced the parking test the first time.
And oh man, that pic looks terrible on here.....looked better on my phone. Oh well. Might take my photo album down and see if I can get it copied to a disc I guess.

Thanks for pics Crank. Those old pics sure bring back the memories when COOL STUFF was cheap.:moparsmiley:

When I bought the dually, it was 5500 which wasn't bad and it was just as clean as it looks with the inside being the same with the captain chairs and the rest of the interior. It also had a 100 gallon tank behind the cab that matched the running boards. The only down side to it was the aluminum was dull and those year trucks didn't have much power.

I bet you wish that you had that $250 Challenger today. Trunk rack and all. There was a guy in my neighborhood that had a gold 440-6 Challenger with the trunk rack. He used to tow his boat with the Challenger. I would drool over it every time he came in to the Texaco where I pumped gas after school.

When I sold it, I had two other E cars that were pretty nice. Was planning on building a drag car with the A66 but already had the 68 plus the money I got for it was sort of needed lol.

Thanks for the pic's and the trip down memory lane. Very nice. We all wish we had one of the cars we had from the past back again.
