It almost took me all winter to get through the list of things I planned to fix up. At one point we had two weeks of nice weather and the car was still on jackstands :'( but eventually everything was fixed. I replaced all fluids and filters, greased the steering mechanism, door hood, and trunk lid hinges, installed my oil pressure, water temp and volt sensors and gauges, hooked up reverse lights, repacked wheel bearings.
The time has come to start driving again. I was invited and joined my first car meet. Turns out there are quite some people in my city owning a nice american classic.
I also drove a wedding which resulted in me getting some real nice pictures of the car. As promised, some pictures of the backroads here in the Netherlands!
However, I do plan on installing all new wheel bearings in the front and getting some new rear tires (for safety since they are 10y old) before taking her on a large trip.
