My box leaks at both the pitman arm and at the steering wheel connection. It works good though. Can I just replace the end seals? Is it easy? Can it be done in the car? Does replacing the seals require complete disassembly? I already have the drag link off so now is the time.

really the best thing to do is send it to firm feel and have them rebuild it and modify it , to get the slack out it
for the seals if you want to change them it is best to remove the box, you need not to disassemble
the box but if there warm the rest of it is probably worn as well

On my 64 p/s gearbox, I bought a seal kit, with the needed o-rings and seals. Main problem is it take special sockets (or wrenches) to take off the spanner nuts, to get to the o-rings. I made my own sockets for it.
Can be done, with the right tools. No, a drift doesn't cut it.
