I loved doing that. I ran at Pocono and hit 161. I actually went back the next year and did it again.
I had a blast...

My 32min session allowed me to work up to 5400rpm as a max. When you do multiple sessions or longer it seems you can be allowed to go 170 or more. Chicagoland is a little 'small' compared to Pocono for sure, lots of room to stretch it out there!
