Thank you so much!! Am i correct in believing that the black cable going to the relay is supposed to have 12V+ with ignition on?

I have this wierd problem, the flasher relay was toast, but when i put in a new One it just constantly clicks with the ignition on, and No lights turn on. Also the Horn died.

I have used another 12v supply to the harness under the dash that enters the steering column and have gotten all 4 blinkers to turn on. I believed the problem was in the Contact so i replaced that but Still the same issue, the Horn works now though.

Suspect faulty turn signal switch
That just might be the case. I just found out that the a cable from the tach was spliced into the red cable going from the relay. When i cut that off the relay stopped clicking all the time, and it clicked when i pushed the lever down but not Up. And No lights lighted Up.

Where can i find a decent replacement turn signal switch? The OER ones seems very bad from what i can Read
