The binder on this one shows a little wear and a few of the section divider tabs are worn and could use some scotch tape. I’ll leave that up to the buyer to do at their discretion. The inside shows Very nicely. Clean, flat, and unwrinkled pages. Asking $90 or best offer shipping included anywhere in the USA.
